This month's Roaster's Pick is Colombia La Fragua. It is from the same co-op as our former Colombia Manta Cundinimarca. The coffee is outstanding. It has good body, with hints of apricot and pineapple acidity. Sweetness is prevalent immediately and lasts from beginning to end creating a a great finish.
