Shipping, Subscriptions & Returns Policy

SECTION 1- TRACKING

Your shipment confirmation email contains your tracking number. Click here for USPS deliveries, and here for UPS deliveries.

You may also call us at 877.234.2632 and we will be happy to track your order for you.

SECTION 2 – SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped the next business day, unless otherwise indicated.

All efforts will be given to ensure accurate stock quantities are shown on our website. If for some reason an item suddenly becomes out of stock, we will notify you of the delay via email as soon as possible.

SECTION 3- COFFEE OF THE MONTH SUBSCRIPTIONS

By joining our Coffee of the Month Club, you are committing to an automatic delivery of 24oz or 5lbs (whichever you select) of coffee on a monthly basis for 12 months. The coffee you receive will either be the Coda Coffee of the Month, or a comparable roast hand selected by our Roaster.

For customers who choose to pay in advance for the 12 months of Coffee of the Month Club, you will receive a 20% discount off of the regular online price for the 24oz option, and a 35% discount off of the regular online price of coffee for the 5lb monthly option.

If you have questions about what coffee you will be receiving and/or would like to make a change to your monthly selection, you may do so by calling 877.234.2632 or emailing orders@codacoffee.com within 10 days of your scheduled order processing date.

For monthly billing subscriptions, if you need to make changes to your credit card billing information, please call us at 877.234.2632.

If for any reason, payment cannot be processed at the time of monthly delivery, we will attempt to contact you via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any changes to credit card or billing information.

You have the option of putting your subscription on hold or skipping monthly deliveries. To ensure you do not receive a delivery you do not wish, please contact us 10 days before your scheduled order processing date.

You may cancel your monthly payment subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your subscription at least 10 days before your scheduled order processing date to avoid being charged for next month’s subscription.

Refunds or cancellations will not be provided for any prepaid monthly subscriptions. Prepaid monthly subscriptions may be transferred to another party.

SECTION 4- RETURN POLICY

To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may contact us to inquire about a refund on your order within 30 days of your purchase. If you wish to do so, please contact us at 877.234.2632.

All refunds require preapproval by our customer service team. Additionally, some orders will require that we receive the product before issuing a refund. In this case, we will arrange for UPS to pickup your order. Depending on the determination of the customer service team, or if you return an item without contacting us first, you may be charged for return shipping costs.
